ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Since opening the agency in 2019, we've built a small but dedicated team focused on providing exceptional service and helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent more than five years as a team member, which gave me firsthand experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this business.

Outside of work, I'm a parent to three young children, ages 6, 4, and 2, so I understand the importance of balancing responsibilities while staying focused on long-term goals.

Our office consists of two in-office team members and one remote team member, creating a close-knit and collaborative environment. We maintain a laid-back culture with clear systems and processes in place, but we also have high expectations when it comes to effort, accountability, and customer outreach. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic and comfort with high call volume.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and motivated to succeed. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to contribute to a growing agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Bolte - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
