ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after spending more than five years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience and a strong foundation in the insurance industry. Today, I lead a close-knit team of three, including two in-office team members and one remote team member. Outside of work, I'm the proud parent of three young children, so I understand the importance of balancing career, family, and long-term goals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for James Bolte - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
